Terms and Conditions

1. SCOPE OF AGREEMENT These General Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all sales of bottled water, filtration systems, and delivery services provided by Liquid Ice (“the Company”) to the customer (“the Customer”). By placing an order, the Customer accepts these Terms in full.

2. PRODUCT QUALITY & HYGIENE

  • Standards: The Company guarantees that all water products comply with Industry standards at the time of delivery.
  • Post-Delivery Care: Once delivered, the Customer is responsible for maintaining the hygiene of the product. Water should be stored in a cool, dark place, away from toxic chemicals or direct sunlight.
  • Liability Limitation: The Company is not liable for contamination or spoilage occurring after the seal is broken or due to improper storage by the Customer.

3. BOTTLE DEPOSITS & EQUIPMENT

  • Ownership: All multi-gallon jugs, crates, and dispensing equipment provided by the Company remain the property of the Company unless explicitly sold under a separate bill of sale.
  • Damage/Loss: The Customer agrees to pay a replacement fee for any lost or broken bottles or damaged dispensing units.

4. DELIVERY & ACCESS

  • Access Requirements: The Customer must ensure clear and safe access for delivery personnel. If a delivery cannot be completed due to obstructions (locked gates, unrestrained pets, etc.), a "Missed Delivery Fee" may apply.
  • Delivery Schedule: While the Company strives for punctuality, delivery times are estimates. The Company is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or vehicle breakdown.

5. SUBSCRIPTIONS & CANCELLATIONS

  • Automatic Renewal: Subscription-based services will renew automatically as per the agreement.
  • Cancellation Policy: To avoid being charged for the next cycle, cancellations must be submitted in writing at least 60 business days before the scheduled delivery date.

6. PRICING & PAYMENT

  • Payments: All invoices are due before stock has been dispatched.
  • Price Adjustments: The Company reserves the right to adjust prices due to fluctuations in fuel, raw materials, or labor costs, provided the Customer is given 30 days' notice.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITYThe Company’s total liability for any claim arising out of the supply of water or equipment shall not exceed the total price paid by the Customer for the specific order in question. The Company is not liable for any water damage to flooring or property caused by leaking equipment; Customers are advised to place dispensers on water-resistant surfaces.

8. GOVERNING LAWThese Terms are governed by the laws of [Insert Your State/Country]. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of [Insert Your City/County].

Return and Refund Policy

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

At Liquid Ice, we take pride in the quality and purity of our water. Due to the consumable nature of our products and strict health and safety regulations, our return policy is as follows:

1. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

For the safety of all our customers, we cannot accept returns on the following:

  • Any water bottles (small format or 5-gallon jugs) where the tamper-evident seal has been broken or removed.
  • Any product that has been stored improperly (exposed to direct sunlight, chemicals, or extreme temperatures) after delivery.
  • Subscription or delivery fees once the delivery has been successfully completed.


2. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

We will provide a replacement or a full refund if the product is found to be defective. This includes:

  • Leaking Bottles: If a bottle is leaking upon delivery.
  • Broken Seals: If the tamper-evident seal is missing or broken at the time of arrival.
  • Quality Concerns: If the water has an unusual odor or taste that is inconsistent with our quality standards.

Action Required: You must report any damaged or defective products within 24 hours of delivery. Please contact us via WhatsApp or email with your order number and, if possible, a photo of the defect.


3. INCORRECT ORDERS

If we deliver the wrong product (e.g., you ordered Sparkling and received Still), we will swap the items at no additional cost to you, provided the incorrect items are returned to our driver unopened and in their original packaging.




4. REFUND PROCESS

  • Approval: Once your request is reviewed and approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
  • Timeline: Please allow upto 10 business days for the refund to reflect on your bank statement.
  • Bottle Deposits: Bottle deposits are not "refunded" in the traditional sense; they are credited back to your account only when the empty, undamaged bottle is collected by our team.
