1. SCOPE OF AGREEMENT These General Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all sales of bottled water, filtration systems, and delivery services provided by Liquid Ice (“the Company”) to the customer (“the Customer”). By placing an order, the Customer accepts these Terms in full.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITYThe Company’s total liability for any claim arising out of the supply of water or equipment shall not exceed the total price paid by the Customer for the specific order in question. The Company is not liable for any water damage to flooring or property caused by leaking equipment; Customers are advised to place dispensers on water-resistant surfaces.

If we deliver the wrong product (e.g., you ordered Sparkling and received Still), we will swap the items at no additional cost to you, provided the incorrect items are returned to our driver unopened and in their original packaging.
